Celebrity Dream Blog: 3/12/04 "The Evil Mansion"
Special Guest Stars: Jim Carrey and the cast of The Lord of the Rings

The setting of this dream is a very large mansion with several rooms. It began when I was in a common room at a table with lots of My Little Pony collectibles. They were a cross between the Mummy Charms and the Petite Ponies. There were ones that didn't exist like Glory, Bubbles, etc. There were some young women at the table and one of them was smashing the ponies and I was trying to grab them from her to save them. One of the women took Glory, my favorite and I grabbed it from her in time. She had a regular Glory MLP and was going to wreck it, but I didn't care because Glory is common.
I walked across the room and came to a window. Pressed against the window was a giant blob-like thing with a big eye, staring into the house. I realized that was the Evil that we were supposed to be fighting, so I ran to tell Gandalf.
When I told him, he began to round up the rest of the Fellowship.
I stopped at some shelves that had toys on them. I was supposed to be going to Sam and Rosie's house. I rang the bell and Sam answered the door. I could only hear him, but all I saw were the shelves with toys. I said, "Where's Frodo?"
and Sam replied, "He's not returned. What are you doing here?"
So I said "I was just checking in."
and Sam said, somewhat irritated, "But at four in the morning?"
I apologized, and left.

The next part I remember, was I was going down a huge staircase. The stairs were marble, wide and covered in red carpeting. I passed by Aragorn on the stairs who was probably on his way to talk to Gandalf.
The next room I came into was enormous. It was like a massive hotel lobby area but it was filled with antiques, almost as if it were some kind of elaborate antique show. There were beureus and tables, all covered in glass knick-knacks. I was wandering around with some other people, who were also wandering around. It was understood that they were our allies in fighting whatever Evil this was. We were all on the side of the Fellowship in fighting the blob/eye thing. The blob/eye was probably supposed to represent Sauron, but it was never stated as such in the dream.
Basically, as an ally, we would go around the mansion looking for the enemies and we'd fight them. The enemies worked for the blob/eye. They were a very wealthy family who owned the mansion. The Fellowship and its allies (myself included) were in the process of seizing the mansion from its owners and ending their Evil reign.
In the huge lobby like room with all the antiques, there were also several elaborate pillars. The room seemed to go on forever. I stood there and suddenly there was an earthquake and everything was rattling. The earthquake was caused by the power of the Evil. When it stopped, I met with a few other young women at a table. I began to take some of the glass knick knacks and tried smashing them with the handle of a heavy scissors. The glass should have broken, but it didn't. I was explaining that the power was strong, which was why it didn't break. The other girls thought I was crazy. Then I took a decorative bottle and smashed it really hard. You could see the cracks in the glass, but before it broke, it melted back together, defying the laws of physics. The other girls looked amazed and worried.
I hit the glass bottle one more time and it shattered. I think I said something about that being a good time to seek out our enemies in the mansion and fight them. The ability to finally shatter the glass signified a weak moment for the enemy.

I walked over to the left side of the room and came to a banister overlooking a lower level. I was delighted to see Pippin walking towards the banister. He was the same height as I was eventhough he was on a much lower level. I thought he was standing on Merry's shoulders, but then Merry appeared behind him. I asked what they were standing on to make them tall and Merry replied, "Cups." He opened his cloak to reveal several plastic cups stacked up to form stilts. I smiled.
Pippin came face to face with me, still on the lower level. Because the stilts made him tall and I am a short human, we were about the same height. I hugged Pippin and kissed him a few times quickly on the lips. Then we began to kiss deeply and passionatly, I think I said something like, "Oh Pippin..." It was as if were could have gone at it right there, but then I saw Gandalf coming towards us out of the corner of my eye. He said, "AHEM." Trying to get our attention. Pippin and I pulled away from eachother. Gandalf made it clear that we had to get going. I helped Pippin and Merry off of their stilts and over the banister onto the level that I was standing on. They were short again, but around my height.

The next scene I was off on my own, going through the mansion. There were a bunch of sheets hanging up like curtains with paintings on them. I couldn't see if there was anyone hiding behind them or not, so I was really nervous, wondering if the enemy was going to jump out at me. I called out to the other members of the Fellowship.
"Aragorn? Legolas? Gimli?"
I got no reply.

When I came out of the section with all the sheet like curtains, I was in another smaller room. The wall had about three curio cabinets hanging on it made of wood and glass. Through the glass I could see tons of little figurines and nick-nacks, too many to name. They all belonged to the lady of the mansion, one of our enemies. I began to open some drawers that were part of the bottom of the third curio cabinet. I was looking for evidence that would help indict the Evil mansion owners. There was another young woman in the room (an ally) and I think she was asking me what I was looking for and I got impatient with her because it was obvious.
The first drawer of the curio had some pot in it. I took it for evidence. The next three drawers had some small bags of cocaine and illegal pills. I also put those in my pocket as evidence. I was thinking to myself that they already had proof that the lady had cocaine. But I realized that I should have taken pictures of the drugs in the drawers because by just taking them with me like that there was no way to prove where they came from or who they belonged to.
I went over to the left wall of the room and then some girls who were on the enemy's side came through carrying a table with vases on it. They were trying to carry out what they could before our side took over the mansion. I had a club or something and I smashed the vases they were carrying. They were angry, but did nothing to confront me.

In this next part, I left the mansion completely and was walking down a city side street. It was dark out and the street was kind of dirty and quiet. I was a little scared because I was alone without any of the allies around. I ran into Jim Carrey and I knew who he was and he was really friendly, trying to get me to talk to him, but I was very paranoid and didn't trust him. We walked down the side street and there was a garage to my right and then a neon sign. I wasn't sure if I should smash it or not with the club I had.
We came to the end of the sidewalk and there was a building that looked like an office or a Kinkos copies or something. It was closed and dark inside but you could still see the copy machines and stuff. We stood at the door and he was saying something about working there. Then he asked if I wanted to go out with him and if he could have my number. He made a move to get a pen but I grabbed his hand and twisted his arm with a Judo move. I knocked him to the ground and he looked surprized. I kneeled down and apologized, explaining that I was just paranoid and didn't know who to trust. Then we were sort of laying on the sidewalk and I began kissing him and we were making out. There was a city bus parked at the curb but noone was in it. I layed back on the sidewalk and I told Jim to fuck me. He was about to take his clothes off, but we heard some people running towards us on the street. It was understood that they were the bad guys.
We jumped up and ran into the office building to get away. The lights in the copy room came on and the guys followed us in and we ran. We went through a door that led into the hall of a house and shut it behind us, locking out the enemy.
The house we were in was much smaller and more modest than the mansion, but it was still rather large. The walls and floor were wood, but there was a carpet runner along the hall. We were alone again, in the hall, so I started to go at Jim again, kissing him feverishly. He stopped me and told me to wait a second and led me into a bedroom. I figured he wanted us to be safe in case the enemy came back. Also, we could have a bed to fuck in. The room was kind of small and had a large bed with sheer pink sheets on it. Next to the big bed was a small doll-sized bed that also had matching sheer pink sheets on it. Sitting in the doll-sized bed was a fat black owl. It's eyes were large and piercing. It stared at me and I tried to communicate with it. I knew it was on the side of the Evil enemy.
As I tried to speak to the owl, Jim said, "But isn't this an EVIL owl?"
I said yes, it was Evil, but I was trying to get information from it. Just as I was explaining that to Jim, he quickly left the room, leaving me behind and locked the door.
I ran to the door and tried to open it, yelling to Jim, asking him what he was doing. The door opened a crack, but it was still locked, like with a chain or something. I could see Jim through the crack, grinning at me. I realized he was on the enemy's side and he had tricked me by luring me into the room and locking me in there with the owl. Jim ripped his shirt off and he had tits and was actually a woman or a tranny or something. I turned away and ran across the bedroom to the window where I desperately tried to open it to escape. I could still feel the owl staring at me. I picked up a chair and tried to break the window, but the glass wouldn't break, just like the bottles in the mansion.
I think I recall saying a prayer to Gandalf and somehow, the window came open, and I escaped out of the house.

In another scene completely, I was walking down some stone stairs into a pub. The pub was crowded and very Middle-Earth like. The walls and floor were stone. There were wooden tables and chairs, low to the ground like they were made for Hobbits or Dwarves. There was some Celtic music playing in the background. I walked over to the middle of the pub to a table where Pippin, Merry and some other guy (I think another Hobbit) were sitting. They were playing a drinking game. They were laughing, sweaty and barely able to sit up in their chairs. I said, "Oh my God, you guys are trashed."
Pippin excitedly invited me to sit down. I sat next to him and saw that they were drinking ale in addition to the shots they were taking for the drinking game. Pippin explained the rules to me. It was sort of like rock/paper/scissors, only the two players against eachother would draw colored cards. Yellow beat green, so the person who had the green card would have to take a shot. It was Merry and the other guy's turn, so Pippin and I were watching. I hugged Pippin and put my arms around him and let him lean back in my lap.
Merry was laughing because he drew yellow and the other guy had to take a shot. I said to Pippin, "I wish Frodo were here, playing with you." and Pippin said, "Why don't you take his place?"
I looked down at the ground, sad, and said, "I can't." I sort of felt bad that we were at a pub when Frodo was struggling, on his way up to Mt. Doom.

When that scene ended, I was back in the mansion again, like in the begining. This time, I was in a very elaborate room with a high ceiling. There were pilars all around and a low marble table where another one of our allies was sitting. He was a guy and I was talking to him. I was frustrated and I said something like, "I just want to fuck everyone, ok? Frodo, Pippin...even Galadriel!" I felt like I finally got that off my chest.
But behind me stood Gandalf, who overheard what I said and he was angry. He said, "What say you? How DARE you speak that way, especially in HERE! Ask for forgiveness now!"
I guess the room was supposed to be some kind of sacred meeting place for us allies. I knelt at the marble table and put my hands together and said, "Galadriel, forgive me."
There was a big screen on the wall to my left. It turned blue, then Galadriel appeared, as if live via satelite. She said, "You're forgiven." and then the screen went blank.
Gandalf sat next to me on my right on the floor at the marble table. He was wearing a purple velvet robe and his hair was cut shorter. He said the way we could check on how the others in the Fellowship were doing was to look at the screens. There were three screens in all, including the one I had seen Galadriel on.
The screens came on, but nothing on them really made sense. It looked like a bunch of TV shows or some kind of spy movie or something. Gandalf was switching channels with a remote.
Finally, we were done watching the screens and we got up to continue our quest throghout the mansion.

I stood up and headed out of our meeting place and into another elaborate hall/foyer area. The floor was marble, designed in black and white squares. I could hear some fighting going on between our allies and the enemies nearby. Gandalf went over to help them. I walked, slowly on the marble floor. I was wearing a long flowing white dress, like something the elves would wear. Suddenly, I had a vision of Frodo on his way up to Mt. Doom. He collapsed, and just as I saw that, I similtaniously collapsed on the marble floor. Gandalf saw me go down and he rushed over and knelt down, leaning over me.
"Tell me what you saw," he said.
I replied, "Frodo. He collapsed. You've got to send Sam to help him. He'll never make it on his own!"
Gandalf quickly got up and left to go appoint Sam to help Frodo. I think I got up too, but the rest of the dream just faded, with no real ending.
