Now, not all my Blinkies are Bad. No, Sir! There are just plain ordinary ones with characters on them etc. I just make what I feel. I'm going to put them in different catagories so as to make things more organized. Enjoy everyone!!!
Instruziones! Hold your mouse over some of the Blinkies if you don't understand what they are. Some are self explanitory, unless you are a natural blonde. Right click the Blinkie(s) you want and save picture as (file name) onto your hard drive. Upload the Blinkies to your own server. Don't direct link. I don't know why anyone does that.
